Return and Exchange Policy:

Items purchased on Claudent.com are eligible for return (U.S. and international orders) or exchange (U.S. orders only). Returns or exchanges must be initiated and shipped back within 14 days of the original delivery date. Returns outside of this window will not be accepted.

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with all tags attached. Garments must not have been worn, washed, or altered. Once received, all returns are subject to inspection and approval prior to processing. Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Please note:

• Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

• A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from all domestic (U.S.) returns.

• Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs.

• Customers who refuse a shipment are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to us.

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.

Claudent reserves the right to reject unauthorized returns or any items that do not comply with our return policy.
