Items purchased on Claudent.com are eligible for return (US or international orders) or exchange (US orders only). Returns or exchanges must be lodged and shipped back within 14 days of your order’s original delivery. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. 

Returned or exchanged merchandise must be in original condition with all tags still attached. Garments must not have been worn or washed.  

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, garments will be checked over prior to receiving approval for a refund. Once approved, your return will be processed. A $15 return shipping fee will be automatically deducted for domestic returns. Customers are responsible for international return shipping fees. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returned garments. Claudent reserves the right to deny unauthorized returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures. 

Refunds and exchanges are not offered on sale items.

Customers who refuse a shipment from Claudent are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.
